My photo_websizeWashington, DC — Heritage management agency pioneer The History Factory has added Lisa Alonge to its team. Alonge is the founder of the Corporate Anniversary Forum, the only event dedicated to bringing together world-class organizations to share insights and best practices for leveraging a significant anniversary.

“Lisa has been a fellow traveler in our space for many years, and we’ve admired what she has accomplished with the Corporate Anniversary Forum,” said Bruce Weindruch, The History Factory’s founder and CEO. “She is a natural addition to our team, and we are excited about the new opportunities she will create.”

In her role as Director of Strategic Programs, Alonge will focus on expanding The History Factory’s thought leadership and expertise in assisting leading enterprises as they plan and implement anniversary initiatives.

“I’m honored to join the talented team at The History Factory,” Alonge said. “Anniversary milestones give organizations a rare platform to tell their stories, engage their constituencies and inspire transformation. The History Factory has a long track record of helping its clients make the most of an anniversary milestone, and I’m excited to apply my experience and passion to build on this success.”

In addition to founding the Corporate Anniversary Forum and being regarded as a subject matter expert, Alonge brings global communications agency experience to The History Factory. Prior to founding the Corporate Anniversary Forum, she held positions at Jack Morton Worldwide and helped establish three of the United States’ premier conferences for women, co-hosted by the Governors of Texas, Massachusetts and Pennsylvania.
