COVID-19 UPDATE

Dear clients,

Just like you, we are actively monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic. Our priority, as always, is the safety and well-being of our team members, valued clients, business partners and their families.

In alignment with the guidance of public health authorities, the scientific community and local governments, we have instituted an “essential personnel only” attendance policy across all of our locations. This policy is in effect through June 8, at which time we will reassess the situation and determine plans moving forward.

As custodians of your heritage, we maintain strong business continuity measures. Your materials remain monitored, and a robust technology infrastructure enables our professionals to work collaboratively and seamlessly as we serve our clients from any location. Your historical materials are safe and secure, your projects are progressing, and we are committed to maintaining the superior level of service and responsiveness you have come to expect from the History Factory team.

We understand that this is an unprecedented moment in our collective experience. However, we also recognize that your company has faced down other serious challenges on its path to the present. We hope that you are able to draw strength from this historical context as you navigate and communicate through this crisis toward the future.
