Adam has more than 15 years of experience assessing, analyzing and recommending innovative and creative solutions for professional services firms. As chief operating officer, he is charged with leading History Factory’s operational strategy overseeing IT, HR and finance.

Prior to joining History Factory, Adam held various leadership roles in operations and management, where he developed a keen eye for identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions that led to increased efficiency and productivity. When not at the office, Adam enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children in suburban Maryland.
