As director of operations, Louis streamlines History Factory’s efficiencies by working with vendors, banks and clients to set up our business operations for success. He is also known for the camaraderie he creates among employees by organizing themed events, including happy hours, baby and wedding showers, and History Factory’s annual holiday party.
When not serving in these roles, he also plays company travel agent, helping team members get to where they need to be in order to meet our clients’ needs.
