Dogfish Head recently marked 30 years of brewing creativity with a celebration that honored its creative roots and entrepreneurial spirit. To mark the occasion, Sam and Mariah Calagione looked back at some of the pivotal moments that made the brewing company what it is today.

History Factory’s Andrew Campbell helped mark the moment by bringing original artifacts to light, including early labels, handwritten letters and the Shelter Pale Ale sign that started it all. These tangible pieces of history reminded guests of Dogfish Head’s bold legacy built through authenticity, risk-taking and relentless innovation.

“What makes Dogfish unique,” Campbell said, “is that off-centered quality.”
