Originally working with Ogilvy London in account service and new business development, Paul started his own agency in the U.K. and built it into a top-10 independent direct marketing firm before returning home to the U.S. and settling in North Carolina. His History Factory account experience includes Cleveland Clinic, Duke University, CBH, PEAK Grantmaking, Equitable, Sherwin-Williams, Arkay and MAU Workforce Solutions.

As director of account planning, Paul enjoys wearing a few hats at History Factory: He works with world-class brands to develop and execute programs. He supports account development across the company, working closely with other account service personnel. He throws his hat in the ring to support new business. And he leads training efforts with the account service team to help them become even better at anticipating and meeting clients’ needs.
