Recognizing how stressful it can be to sit in a hospital lobby, Cleveland Clinic wanted to make its visitors feel a little more at ease. Originally installed using touchless hover state design during COVID-19, the interactive lobby display allows visitors to engage with the Cleveland Clinic story and be reassured that they are in good hands. It now includes modular touchscreens to allow for private interaction with the stories while the main screen maintains a preset rotation of stories.
